Treatment, step by step
Your treatment starts with a 3D scan and follows the plan you approved. For veneers and crowns you try your new smile before it is bonded; nothing is final until you are happy with it.

You fly home with your guarantee certificates and DentX Plus. If anything needs attention later, your coordinator and our European offices are there, and DentX Plus covers the return trip.

How many times do I need to come to Istanbul?+
Veneers, crowns and Hollywood smile treatments are completed in one visit. Implant treatments need two visits: implants are placed in the first, and after 3 to 6 months of healing at home, your permanent teeth are fitted in the second.
Is the consultation really free?+
Yes. Your online consultation and your personal treatment plan are free, with no obligation. You can also meet us in person at our offices in Dortmund, Marseille and Valencia, or at our consultation days across Europe.
Will I know the plan and cost before I book flights?+
Yes. You receive a written treatment plan with the number of sessions, the materials and the quote before you make any travel plans.
What does DentX Plus cover?+
DentX Plus is an inclusive insurance covering medical treatment, transportation, accommodation, emergency medical evacuation and legal consultation. If you need to return to Turkey to correct a complication arising from your treatment, it covers your flight and hotel costs.
What guarantees do you give?+
Dental implants come with a lifetime guarantee. Crowns, veneers and bridges come with a 15-year guarantee.
Who will take care of me in Istanbul?+
A personal coordinator organises your VIP transfers, hotel and appointments and stays in touch with you throughout your stay, with translation support when you need it.
What happens after I go home?+
Your coordinator stays in touch for follow-up, our European offices are there if you need us, and your guarantees and DentX Plus continue to protect your treatment.
How much does dental treatment in Istanbul cost?+

Is DentX authorised for international patients?+
Yes. DentX clinics hold the International Health Tourism Authorization Certificate issued by the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Health. You can view the certificates at the bottom of this page.
Which implant and crown brands do you use?+
We use German-made b6pro implants, Straumann for crowns, Ivoclar E.max for veneers and crowns, and 3Shape digital scanning and design technology.
